Are you detail-obsessed, love fashion, and ready to kickstart your career in garment technology? Henne is on the lookout for a (Junior) Garment Technician to join our team and support the smooth flow of product development from sketch to store.

This is the perfect role if you’ve got a fashion/textiles qualification or some hands-on experience (internships count!) and want to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting the Production & Design team to keep development running smoothly

Helping check garments at different stages to ensure fit, construction, and quality are on point

Preparing and issuing fit, construction, and quality comments (with guidance from the team)

Supporting supplier communication on sizing, quality, and shipment samples

Maintaining our sample archives, block library, and category standards

Getting involved in fabric testing requirements, care labels, and style risk assessments

Helping troubleshoot production or quality issues (with senior support)

Assisting with faulty stock assessments and supplier claims

Jumping in on seasonal fit reviews with the Senior Garment Technician

Building great working relationships with suppliers alongside the team

What we’re looking for:

1–2 years’ experience in a garment tech or production support role (internship experience welcomed!)

Certificate or Diploma in Fashion/Textiles

Basic understanding of garment construction and quality standards

Strong attention to detail (you notice everything)

Organised and deadline-friendly, with clear communication skills

A collaborative, can-do attitude — no job too small, no detail overlooked

Competent in Microsoft Office; bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Adobe
