We’re searching for a Garment Technician with a sharp eye, technical brilliance, and a love for luxury detail. This isn’t about ticking boxes—it’s about shaping beautiful products from the inside out. From tech packs to fittings, you’ll be the quiet architect behind every finished piece, making sure quality isn’t just a word, but a standard.

What you’ll be doing (and loving):

• Translating designs into precise, detail-rich tech packs and specs.
• Running fittings and guiding garments to perfection with clear, accurate feedback.
• Keeping a hawk eye on timelines, trims, grading, and BOMs—because you know details make or break a garment.
• Working hands-on with samples in the studio (this role is in-office only).
• Partnering closely with development and production to keep every style on track.

Who we’d love to meet:

• You’ve spent at least 5 years as a Garment Technician (or similar), ideally with luxury or highly detailed products.
• You know your way around Adobe Illustrator and Excel like a pro.
• You bring construction knowledge, fabric smarts, and patternmaking insight to every conversation.
• Detail is your middle name—you can measure, critique, and communicate with precision.
• You’re calm under pressure, approachable, and always solution-focused.
