This role is ideal for an up and coming site manager who thrives on delivering varied work and liaising with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trades.
• Manage program, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise closely with local council, client representatives, and community groups.
• Coordinate staging works to minimise disruption and maintain safety standards.
• Drive project delivery to time, budget, and quality targets.

About You:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in high end residential or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.
