We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Onsite Consultants to be based on our client site in Kemps Creek. In this pivotal role, you will drive our operations forward while cultivating a fun, engaging, and productive culture within the team.
This role will have you working from 3:30am to 9.30am over the following shift pattern for a total 42 hours a fortnight:
Option 1:
Wk1 Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed
Wk2 Sun, Mon, Tue
OR
Option 2:
Wk1 Thur, Fri, Sat
Wk2 Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat
The Role
Your leadership will be key to our success, helping the team meet performance and staffing management goals while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. We are looking for someone with a strong operational background, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery with a friendly touch.
- Assist with roster building and management for a workforce over 450 candidates.
- Demonstrate a safety first mindset that prioritises wellbeing.
- Leverage your operational expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, making work enjoyable and effective.
Our Requirements
- Demonstrated experienced in creating and managing rosters to support efficient workforce planning and operational optimisation.
- Strong operational background and a hands-on approach to recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated strength in analytics and a deep focus on data accuracy and interpretation.
- Background in supply chain and logisitics is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, with the ability to instil a positive safety culture within the team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
