The APS6 Data Analysts undertake complex work under limited direction, providing team leadership, decision-making, and support across technical, policy, and operational areas. The roles involve workforce planning, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver data analysis, dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support strategic decisions
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning, translating designs into FTE forecasts
- Engage with stakeholders and external consultants to align workforce transitions
- Oversee business analysis functions, manage workflows, and ensure outputs meet objectives
- Resolve complex issues using advanced technical, data-driven, and numerical methods
- Manage stakeholder relationships and change processes
Essential Criteria:

- Experience or skills in data or analytics
