The Role

In this role, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the Deliver annual budgets, forecasts, and five-year financial plans in line with corporate timelines
• Maintain and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
• Provide analysis and insights to support Board papers, executive presentations, and regulatory reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to prepare business cases, evaluate projects, and assess commercial viability
• Support the review of contracts and commercial policies

The Ideal Person

We’re looking for someone with solid management accounting experience with around 5+ years, ideally with exposure to FP&A in a larger or more complex business. You’ll be the type of person who’s naturally curious, asks the right questions, and enjoys getting under the hood of the numbers to really understand what’s going on.

You’ll have strong Excel skills and ideally have maintained/updated financial models. Just as important, you can explain your analysis clearly to both finance and non-finance people. Things move quickly here, so you’ll need to be adaptable and comfortable with change. A finance degree plus progression towards your CA/CPA is essential.

Salary / Rate

• Up to $130k + Super
