Our client is a well established, area landmark new car dealership located at the lower end of the Gold Coast. They have a vacancy for a franchised dealership experienced Financial Controller to take charge of their accounting and administration department functions. The dealership offers security of tenure and a friendly working atmosphere.

Applicants for this position MUST, first and foremost, have current or recent automotive dealership experience as a Financial Controller. You will have strong organisational, management and forensic abilities, enabling you to pinpoint areas of the business where improvements are needed. You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate your staff team to reach their potential. In addition and importantly, you must be a hands-on FC, out there, in control and with your finger on the pulse of the business. Salary will consist of a retainer around $140k (negotiable for very strong applicants), super and company vehicle.
