To be successful within this position you will need to have:

• Previous experience in the construction industry at a foreman level
• Trade background/qualifications
• Ability to start in 4-6 weeks
• Computer skills, as this will be how you manage the sites progress to then pass on to your site manager/PM

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain internal sub contractor programs
• Coordinate the site's day to day works and logistics
• Close out and deliver the site to a high standard

I have been engaged to source a structures Foreman for a highly respected Commercial Builder who are based out of the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Your initial project will be a 3 level basement/18 storey development in Palm Beach. This company specialises in these type of developments and a variety of mixed commercial projects.
