About the role
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, delivering outstanding service and support across Teachers Health Group range of health fund products and services. You’ll play a key part in creating a seamless experience for our members by providing accurate information, resolving enquiries and supporting membership growth and retention.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through clear, accurate information and advice to members
- Promoting private health insurance products and services to support membership growth and retention
- Managing member enquiries efficiently through in-house systems and contributing to team KPIs
- Supporting colleagues and other teams to continually enhance the member experience
About you
You’re a natural communicator who thrives on helping people. Friendly, professional and solutions-focused, you enjoy connecting with members and making each interaction a positive one. Your energy and empathy shine through on every call, and you’re motivated by being part of a supportive, high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving member enquiries with care
- Experience handling high volumes of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, confident and friendly verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to contribute to a small, supportive team
- Previous experience in private health, insurance or similar industries highly valued.
