Our client is a specialist in urban development with a team of 40 across the east coast, and they’re looking for a skilled engineer to join their expanding Newcastle office.

The best part? You'll work a 4-day work week, giving you an extra day to enjoy Newcastle's beaches, cafes, and renowned golf courses.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working on a variety of urban development projects, from initial concepts to detailed design.
  
  
• Using your expertise in Civil 3D or 12D for pavement design, road design, and bulk earthworks.
  
  
• Tackling complex stormwater challenges and using software such as MUSIC and DRAINS.
  
  
• Applying your knowledge of local codes and collaborating with councils, developers, and authorities like Hunter Water.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• A Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of local Australian consulting experience.
  
  
• Proven experience in urban design.
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• The willingness to relocate to Newcastle, NSW.
  
  

Salary: A competitive salary of up to $100k + Super is available for the right candidate.
