At Finders Keepers WA, we’re a registered NDIS provider supporting people to build their independence, gain employment, and connect with their community.

We believe everyone deserves the chance to discover their strengths, grow their skills, and feel confident about their future — and we walk alongside our participants every step of the way.

What We Do

We provide a range of tailored supports designed to help people reach their personal and professional goals, including:

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES): We help young people transition from school into the workforce by building practical work skills like time management, communication, teamwork and transport training.

Finding & Keeping a Job: We support people to explore careers, find meaningful work, and develop the skills to thrive in both open and supported employment.

Social and Community Access: We help people get out into their communities, try new activities, build friendships, and grow their confidence.

Capacity Building & Life Skills: We mentor and support people to build everyday skills like budgeting, decision-making, and navigating public transport — and to feel ready for life’s big transitions.

Where We Work

We support participants across Mandurah, Rockingham, Kwinana, Baldivis, Armadale, Gosnell's, Cockburn and surrounding areas.
Our head office is based in Mandurah.

What You’ll Do

As a Community & Employment Support Mentor, you’ll walk alongside participants as they:

Build confidence and life skills

Work with NDIS participants to identify their strengths, interests, and employment goals.

Explore career options and build employability

Access community and recreational activities

Develop routines, communication and problem-solving skills

Prepare for and maintain meaningful work

You’ll work one-on-one and in small groups, supporting people to achieve their goals while encouraging independence, resilience and self-belief.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in employment services, mentoring, or working with individuals with disabilities (desirable).

Knowledge of the NDIS and its employment-related supports (preferred but not essential).

The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including participants, families, and employers.
