Responsibilities

The Test Lead will play a key role in designing and overseeing a comprehensive end-to-end testing framework for the transformation program. This position ensures high-quality delivery through effective collaboration with vendors and strong engagement with both business and IT stakeholders, supporting workstreams in achieving their project goals.

• Develop and implement a test management framework and strategy aligned with the deliverables of key workstreams within the Transformation Program.
• Establish and maintain test policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with workstream leads to define testing requirements and guide stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Oversee all aspects of test delivery, including planning, defect management, and traceability.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for testing-related issues and risks.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports to support defect resolution and improve platform quality.
• Contribute to go/no-go decision-making processes.
• Partner with the Transformation Program team to support the successful delivery of the broader program objectives.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years plus Test Lead experience
• Experience in managing all aspects of testing in a Payroll and/or HRIS project
• Effective business stakeholder management and engagement
• Problem solving with the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
• High level of verbal and communication skills

Desirable:

• Prior experience with D365
• Prior experience with Microsoft DevOps
• Understanding of the community/Not for Profit landscape in Victoria.
