About the Role

As the Business Analyst, you'll be a core part of the technology and transformation team, working at the intersection of operations, IT, and finance. You'll be responsible for shaping future-state business processes, supporting key system integrations (including ERP and asset management platforms), and driving stakeholder engagement to ensure business requirements are not only captured-but championed.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Facilitating workshops to map current and future-state processes
• Creating business and technical requirements documentation
• Interpreting contractual obligations and aligning them with project outcomes
• Supporting user acceptance testing, change management, and training
• Collaborating with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Operations

You'll also help uplift business analysis maturity by advocating for best practice frameworks and knowledge sharing within the broader team.

About You

You're a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in large, complex organisations

• Expertise in business process modelling and improvement
• Strong understanding of Asset Management systems and finance integration
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in data modelling and analysis for migration/integration projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Bonus points if you've worked with platforms like MRI, Workday, or similar ERP/asset management systems-and if you have experience operating in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
