What you'll be doing:

Answering customer and client inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face

Providing excellent service and building positive relationships

Assisting with invoicing, sales support, and general administration

Managing daily emails, phone calls, and related office tasks

Supporting the team in a fast-paced, professional environment

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or office-based)

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

Organised, reliable, and eager to learn new skills

A proactive, team-player attitude

Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
