About this opportunity
As the Coordinator Regional Services, you will:
- Lead and manage teams responsible for parks, buildings, arboriculture, cemeteries, and botanic areas.
- Develop and manage operational budgets and service delivery plans.
- Provide expert technical advice and oversee minor projects and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with WH&S standards and foster a culture of safety and wellbeing.
- Support disaster recovery efforts and contribute to strategic planning.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Qualification in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Logistics, or Asset Management (Degree preferred).
- QLD "C" Class Driver's Licence and General Construction Induction Training.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing operational budgets.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Substantial experience in facilities management, arboriculture, cemeteries, or botanic areas.
