Overview
We are currently recruiting a Senior SESA Engineer to work on a portfolio of transport projects across the east coast. The company has a history of working on some of the country’s most prestigious, city-shaping rail and infrastructure projects.

Location- Sydney, NSW
Duration- Permanent, Monday-Friday
Salary- $130,000 - $150,000 + Super

Responsibilities

• Systems Engineering
• Requirements Management
• System Architecture development
• Safety Assurance
• Goal Structured Notation
• Systems Integration
• Human Factors
• RAM

• Producing works associated with Systems engineering and Safety assurance including but not limited to:
• Conduct requirements verification and develop test cases and procedures.
• Assist in tender production, work-winning / client engagement
• Develop Safety Case Reports, Assurance plans, Hazard/Safety Analyses,
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards incl. AS61508, ISO 15288 and EN 50126/8/9
• Confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders including operators, government, contractors
• Mentor juniors

Required Experience

• Bachelors Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, working primarily on passenger rail projects with organisations such as TfNSW, Sydney Trains, QR, TMR etc
• Familiarity with DOORS Classic or NG
• Commercial / Consultative acumen
• Understanding of Rail Safety National Law, EN5012x
• INCOSE CSEP/ASEP desirable
