About the Role
You will join the Community Investments Team within the Aboriginal Affairs group. As a Senior Project Officer, Grants you'll contribute to the leadership of programs and initiatives through across NSW. To learn more about the role please review the Role Description.

We're Looking For

  • Comprehensive Grant Program Management: Ability to lead all aspects of grant program delivery, including project planning and design, assessment and administration of grants, execution of funding agreements, budget and resource management, and adherence to reporting, quality, and governance standards.
  • Effective Stakeholder Engagement and Cultural Competency: Strong communication and relationship management skills to effectively and sensitively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, government and community organisations, as well as demonstrate understanding of the needs of Aboriginal communities.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Strategic Advice: Proven capacity to monitor project performance, manage risks, evaluate outcomes, and provide evidence-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality grant outcomes.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ability to respond to complex enquiries, support internal teams in the compliant administration of grants, and prepare clear documentation and reports to improve efficiency, resourcing, and service delivery.
