The Role & Responsibilities:

• Research, source, and inspect properties
• Client Care (maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, trades, brokers
• Sales & Prospecting
• Contracts (maintain basic knowledge of property contracts
• Network and build strong relationships with buyers
• Provide outstanding customer service and guidance throughout the property acquisition process.

Essential Requirements:
• 6-12 Months real estate industry experience (preferred).
• Current Real Estate Agents Rep
• Proficiency with Mac computers.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable car.
• Previous customer service experience.
