About the Role

As our Property Advisor in Melbourne, you will:

Conduct personalised consultations (in-person and via Virtual Meets) to design tailored home ownership plans.

Partner with our finance team to secure optimal loan solutions for clients.

Recommend and match clients with suitable house & land packages.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless client journey.

Develop long-term relationships, generate referrals and represent LDH locally.

Network with land agents, builders, and developers to access exclusive opportunities.

Report into QLD management, operating remotely while travelling across Melbourne/VIC as required.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in house & land package sales, real estate or related fields.

Strong knowledge of the Victorian property market and build processes.

Existing network of agents, developers or builders in Melbourne highly regarded.

Entrepreneurial mindset – confident working as the first on-ground representative.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools and digital consultations.

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel required).
