Rustica is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista for our flagship cafe in South Yarra.

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

In order to succeed in this role you will:

Have exceptional coffee knowledge

Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry

Be able to confidently train new staff

What you will do daily:

Stock control

Quality control - ensure all coffee being served is of a high standard

Greet and interact with customers

Lead your team - train and manage

Maintain a clean work environment

We are open 7 days a week (day time only) and your position will require weekend work.
