Fork & Fable is opening soon in the Ramlegh Springs Village Shopping Centre, Clyde North, with doors opening on 29th October 2025. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our front of house team and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

We are now hiring for the following Front of House Positions:

Head Barista

Waiter/Waitress

Bar Attendant

Dinner Service Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Head Barista

Lead the coffee team and ensure consistency in every cup

Train and mentor junior baristas

Deliver excellent customer service with efficiency and care

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista

Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and equipment

Proven leadership and training ability

Waiter/Waitress

Provide attentive and professional service to all guests

Take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean dining space

Work with the team to deliver seamless service

Bar Attendant

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages

Maintain stock and keep the bar clean and organised

Engage with guests in a friendly, professional way

Dinner Service Supervisor

Oversee front of house during dinner service

Lead and support waitstaff and bar staff to ensure smooth operations

Handle bookings, guest issues, and ensure service standards are met

Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to deliver excellence
