About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Candidates must be available to work during business hours only.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee, teas, and other beverages to café standards.

Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service at all times.

Take customer orders, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling.

Assist with food preparation and service as required.

Keep the café area clean, organized, and presentable, following food safety and hygiene standards.

Food handling certification must be obtained within 30 days of commencement.

Restock supplies and monitor inventory as needed.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For

Prior barista experience (minimum 6–12 months preferred, but training can be provided).

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Candidates must be permanent residents of Australia.
