Position Overview:

As a Registered Nurse at Client Care First, you will:

Work closely with Senior RN, Participant Managers and support staff.

Develop and support internal staff and company initiatives.

Assist with client plans, including catheter/urostomy, colostomy, wound, and bowel management needs.

Conduct clinical assessments of client health needs, ensuring they align with operational capacities.

Contribute to the training and assessment of support worker skill competencies related to clinical plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Senior RN, Participant Managers and support staff to ensure holistic care.

Provide informed clinical assessments and interventions.

Support the development and training of support staff in clinical areas.

Manage and oversee catheter/urostomy, colostomy, wound, and bowel care.

Ensure high standards of client care and clinical practices.

Qualifications:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse.

Experience in disability and/or aged care settings.

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
