About the role

EnableU Health Solutions is urgently seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse to support our client in Caringbah, NSW. As a casual Clinical Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients in the community. This position offers the flexibility of casual work hours, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments.

Shift Details

Monday to Sunday - must be committed to at least 6–7 shifts per week

Morning shift: 7:45am – 9:45am

Evening shift: 5:45pm – 7:45pm

Additional shifts may be available as required

What you'll be doing

Provide comprehensive nursing care in a home-based setting

Assist client with morning shower and personal hygiene

Prepare and serve breakfast

Administer morning medications, including Ozempic injections

Perform regular skin integrity checks

Support the client with restrictive practices, ensuring she does not consume food outside of her care plan

Manage and redirect food-seeking behaviours appropriately and safely

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records

Educate and support the client and her family on health management and wellbeing

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Female RN only (as per client's preference and care requirements)

Minimum 3 years' clinical experience, with proven experience in complex care and restrictive practices

Strong clinical skills and ability to manage behavioural challenges, particularly around food

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and follow care plans diligently

Australian work authorisation required at the time of application
