Stable Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our community care team. In this role, you will provide clinical support, health assessments, wound management, medication administration, and care planning for clients living independently in their own homes. You will work closely with carers, families, and allied health professionals to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Position: Registered Nurse (Community)

Location: Tweed Heads & Northern Rivers regions

Employment Type: Part-time (3+ days per week)

Reporting to: Care Manager & Clinical Lead

Must be available Wednesdays.
