We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a busy individual with multiple residences, an active social calendar, and varied personal projects. This role is diverse, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives in a lifestyle-focused environment where no two days are the same.
Candidates from luxury hospitality backgrounds – such as those trained in premium hotels or airlines – are strongly encouraged to apply, as the role demands exceptional service standards, discretion, and presentation.
About the role:
You will coordinate property management, household logistics, travel planning, and lifestyle administration. One day you might be overseeing tradespeople at a property, the next arranging a dinner party or planning an overseas trip for a group of friends. This role is made for dynamic people who are ready to solve challenges themselves and bring their very best to their work every day.
Working hours may vary, with some days requiring commitments outside the standard 9–5. These periods will be balanced by other days with lighter workloads to ensure overall flexibility and fairness.
Key responsibilities:
Arrange and manage tradespeople for maintenance, improvements, and repairs across multiple properties in Melbourne and Morwell
Manage household services such as cleaners, ensuring properties are guest-ready at all times
Coordinate shopping, grocery deliveries, and event setup for dinner parties and gatherings
Manage a household account, paying suppliers and reconciling expenses
Assist with styling and furnishing properties with both elegance and function in mind.
Conduct basic email and calendar management including sorting, meeting coordination and scheduling.
Plan and book international and domestic travel for the principal and close friends, including itineraries and activity suggestions
Travel between Melbourne and Morwell weekly (company vehicle provided)
Visit and check in on an elderly family member, attending medical appointments and liaising with healthcare providers as needed
Handle ad hoc errands and last-minute requests with efficiency and discretion
Occasional evening events and meetings, which may include Volunteer organisations that require working with children checks.
Willingness to assist with tasks related to the individual’s day to day business operations including basic data entry and office management.
About you:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, lifestyle manager, air travel services, or in senior roles within luxury hospitality environments
High EQ, excellent interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail in lifestyle presentation
Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
Confident liaising with trades, suppliers, and high-end service providers
Comfortable in socially diverse environments and able to move easily between formal events and relaxed gatherings
Driver’s licence required (automatic)
Working with Children Check required (volunteer)
Able to maintain strict confidentiality (NDA required)
Be willing to undertake a police check if presented with an offer
