We’re Wellvue, Queanbeyan-based and proud to be one of the few mental health telehealth platforms in Australia offering ongoing, psychiatrist- and psychologist-led care. We’re growing fast, and we’re focused on making care smoother for patients and clinicians alike.

We’re now looking for a confident, capable medical administrator to join our friendly team and help us coordinate clinicians, manage systems, and support our clients.

What you’ll do (but not limited to):

Oversee day-to-day admin: scheduling, billing, and patient coordination

Support clinicians - monitoring calendars, workloads and telehealth session support

Keep our operations running smoothly—no chaos

Ensure Medicare compliance and support process improvements

Resolve issues with compassion, care, and sound judgment

Help build a service where clinicians feel supported and patients feel safe

What you’ll bring:

2+ years of experience in medical or mental health admin

Calm, confident communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational habits

Familiarity with Medicare, healthcare systems, and privacy laws

Tech comfort—Halaxy or Coviu experience is a plus

Experience leading, training, or being the “go-to” in your previous team

What you’ll get:

$35–$38/hr (equivalent to $77k–$84k plus super)

Full-time permanent role

Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)

Gorgeous Queanbeyan Heritage office
