Mont Marte International — a leading global art supplies brand — is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy Operations Team at Murarrie.
This role is perfect for someone with warehouse administration experience who enjoys variety, thrives on accuracy, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in the warehouse when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Administration: Support daily warehouse operations with toolbox notes, staff bookings, container data logs, and invoice reconciliations.
Reporting: Maintain timesheets and generate operational reports to keep the team on track.
Freight: Upload and analyse freight data, troubleshoot dispatch issues, and ensure smooth communication with freight providers.
Warehouse Support: Jump in when needed — from preparing stock for containers to lending a hand with pick and pack.
About You
You’ve got previous warehouse admin experience and confidence with systems, data entry, and reporting.
You’re highly organised and detail-oriented, able to keep on top of multiple moving parts.
You’re proactive and comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse environment when needed.
You’re a team player who can collaborate across operations and with external freight partners.
