SolarHub is a rapidly growing renewable energy business who specialise in Solar, Batteries, Air-Conditioning and other appliances to electrify the home or business in ACT and NSW. We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Batemans team.

This is a true all-rounder role where you'll work closely with the Regional Manager, and providing essential support across the entire division. Your main purpose is to learn and understand all areas of the business so you can jump in and assist with the workload wherever it's needed most.
Your days will be varied, and a key part of your role will be immersing yourself in the different areas of our operations. You'll gain a deep understanding of our customer service processes, how solar is installed, the components required for each job, and the specific needs of our install teams. The key areas you will work in include:
Customer Service & Support: You'll be a friendly face of our office, greeting walk-in customers and assisting with incoming calls and emails. You’ll provide tier-1 technical support, coordinate installations, and ensure our customers are happy every step of the way.
Project Management: From technical reviews and scheduling to managing post-installation compliance, you'll help ensure projects are completed efficiently and all documentation is in order.
Operational & Warehouse Support: You’ll assist with general office duties, manage supplies, and lend a hand in the warehouse with tasks like processing incoming and outgoing materials. This includes ordering materials, operating a forklift to load and unload goods, and meticulously packing "job packs" with all the parts needed for our field teams.
Who We're Looking For
We need someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who thrives in a multitasking environment. You should be proactive, flexible, and able to problem-solve on the fly. Experience in customer service and proficiency with MS Office Suite are essential.
Forklift licence highly desirable.
