Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join our growing crane hire team as an Operations Administrator and play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. We are a well-established industry leader in construction, haulage, and access equipment looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team.
Operating across the Newcastle, Hunter and Mid-Coast regions of NSW, we deliver complex and large-scale solutions across mining, commercial and general construction, and private development.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll support the business with a variety of administration tasks, including:
Preparing and sending crane hire quotes.
Collecting and entering staff timesheets for payroll.
Raising and tracking purchase orders.
Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and our operations team.
General office administration and record keeping.
What You Bring
Previous admin experience (construction, transport, or hire industry an advantage).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel. Word, Teams); experience with Xero or similar software is a plus.
A friendly, professional communicator who can multitask in a busy environment.
