Alderley Chiropractic is a trusted clinic in Brisbane’s northside, dedicated to helping our patients live healthier, pain-free lives. We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for approximately 25-28 hours per week.

Role includes

-Greeting patients

-Answering phone and email enquiries

-Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system

-Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

-Assisting with day-to-day clinic administration

About you

We’re seeking someone who is:

Warm, approachable, and professional in all interactions

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident using computers and booking/payment systems

Able to multitask and manage busy periods calmly

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding service

Experienced in Cliniko software and Hicaps highly regarded

Previous experience in reception, medical, or allied health settings is highly regarded but not essential. Training will be provided.

Hours

Approximately 26-28 hours per week, across weekdays with some flexibility for additional shifts if required.
