About the Role St Francis Xavier College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our Executive Team and lead the strategic management of finance, human resources, facilities, and governance. This is a pivotal role supporting the Principal in delivering the College’s mission and ensuring operational excellence across all non-teaching domains. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership, including budgeting, reporting, and risk management.
- Oversee HR operations: recruitment, performance development, and staff wellbeing.
- Manage College facilities, capital projects, and asset maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, cyber security, and governance standards.
- Engage with stakeholders including the College Community Council and external partners.

Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration in a relevant field (CPA/CA, accounting, HR and/or Educational Administration) or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills within a similar role; and
- Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
