Sales Development Associate (Graduate / Early Career)

Sydney - Hybrid (3-4 days in office) - 12 month contract with opportunity for extension

We're partnering with a global tech leader that's growing their Sydney sales team. They're looking for two Sales Development Associates to join their graduate program - an exciting opportunity to launch your career in technology sales with training, mentorship, and a clear pathway for progression.

The Role

As a Sales Development Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Development team. Day to day, you'll:

Manage and validate leads

Research and prospect accounts to identify key decision-makers

Ensure leads are routed to the right sales reps and followed up on

Support with account hierarchy and contact validation

Assist with inbound lead flow and follow-ups

Gradually build skills in outbound prospecting and cold calling (with full training and coaching)
