We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Professional to join our Gold Coast team, someone sharp, motivated and ready to make an impact.

The Role

This isn’t about cold calling we bring the leads to you (up to 6,000 each month). Your focus? Build relationships, understand client needs, and close with confidence.

Your mission will include:

Listening and problem-solving. Understand clients’ needs and tailor insurance solutions that deliver real value.

Negotiating with underwriters. Get the best deals for your clients and earn their trust.

Owning your pipeline. Follow up, stay sharp, and never let a warm lead go cold.

Staying informed. Keep ahead of industry changes and position yourself as an expert.
