The main focus of the role is to provide customer service to clients (law firms) who require support with their use of an online technology platform used for conducting legal searches. You will be responsible for chasing up documents and information from regulatory authorities on their behalf, escalating requests as required and assisting with specialised search projects as required.

To be considered for the position you will have:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in the legal (or legal searching) sector (legal graduates who are open to a career in Legal Technology as opposed to practice will also be considered).
• Confident and friendly communication skills for extensive liaison with clients and stakeholders
• A passion for providing top customer service and support
• Organised and efficient administration and research skills
• Top attention to detail

This is a permanent full time role Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.00pm based in Melbourne CBD offices however offering 2 days work from home. The salary guide is $68,000 + Super.
