About the Company
Our client is a respected leader in the commercial construction sector with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation. With a growing portfolio of projects across Melbourne, they are now seeking an Office Administrator to support their team and keep operations running smoothly.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the central point of support across the business, ensuring administration processes run efficiently and projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration support across construction, estimating, accounts & site teams
- Manage inductions, training records, and assist with OH&S compliance
- Assist with payroll reporting, receipts, and project cost allocations
- Coordinate office operations including correspondence, supplies & company vehicles
- Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ administration experience in Building & Construction (essential)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Cheops/Hammertech advantageous
- Knowledge of OH&S processes and compliance
- Excellent organisation, multitasking and communication skills
- Positive, proactive and professional “can-do” attitude
