Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a proven ability to convert leads into sales. This role involves educating customers, providing tailored energy solutions, and guiding them through the sales journey—from inquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms

Conduct energy needs assessments and propose suitable solar and battery solutions

Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and system designs

Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers

Maintain detailed records in the CRM system

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Keep up to date with product knowledge, government rebates, and industry trends

Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Attend occasional site visits if required (optional for remote roles)

Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in solar, batteries, or home improvement sectors

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Confidence using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)

Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline

Basic understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and energy efficiency

Knowledge of STCs, VPPs, and government incentives is a strong advantage

Valid driver’s licence (if field-based)

Competitive base salary + commission 130,000-200,000 anual
