Job Title: Full Time Receptionist/Administrator (in person)

Duration: 12-months (with potential for extension)

Description:
We are seeking a receptionist/administrator to cover a 12-month maternity leave at a boutique criminal law firm.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for clients and visitors.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Provide general administrative and office support.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Order office supplies and maintain a clean and tidy office space.
Provide administrative support to the legal team, where required.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is an advantage.
