In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and our team to make a real impact by:

Managing key relationships with advisers, accountants and clients

Providing support and training for our internally developed software

Collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless client support

Helping coordinate monthly client updates, newsletters, and marketing

Organising and managing events and marketing activities

Assisting with client invoicing and billing

Organising and participating in webinars and industry conferences

Assisting in the development and improvement of internal software

Improving client experience and marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in using Canva

Knowledge of Xero or MYOB is highly desirable

Previous experience working within financial services and accounting is beneficial

Strong MS Office skills

Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organisational skills

Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Finance, or a related field are beneficial
