Cantina by The Boardwalk in Caroline Springs is looking for experienced Barista and All Rounder to join our Team. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch from 8am till 2.30pm.

THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for experienced Barista and All Rounder to join the team on part-time or full-time basis, with opportunity to take part of our leadership team and coordinate day-to-day management of food & beverage operations.

What are we looking for:

Minimum 2 year experience in similar role

Strong focus on customer service

Knowledge of coffee blends, coffee roasting, how to operate and maintain espresso machines

A can-do attitude with excellent and positive interpersonal skills

The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally

A genuine person who is enthusiastic about hospitality and working as part of a team

The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and Public Holidays

Key responsibilities include:

Serve food & beverages to customers in accordance with service standards

Manage daily operations, maintaining a clean work environment
