ECU’s Student Transition & Engagement Team Edith is seeking a dynamic and student-focused Coordinator, Student Transition & Engagement to join our Student Life Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver impactful programs and events that support students in their transition to university and foster ongoing engagement throughout their studies.

About the Opportunity

As Coordinator, you will:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate student transition and engagement initiatives, including orientation events.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional staff, student leaders, and external partners to deliver inclusive and student-centred experiences.
  • Lead communications and promotional strategies in partnership with the Student Communication Coordinator.
  • Analyse participation data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.
