About You:

Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willing to obtain

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline and National Quality Standards (NQS)

A genuine passion for early childhood education and a collaborative, team-focused attitude

About the Role:

As our ECT, you’ll work alongside our experienced lead ECT and Service Manager to:

Support the planning and delivery of a high-quality educational program

Build nurturing and responsive relationships with children and families

Contribute to documentation and reflections

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
