👩🏫 About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to deliver our Kindergarten Program. You'll be supported by an inclusive and experienced team and have the opportunity to grow your leadership capabilities within a leading early learning organisation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver an engaging Kindergarten Program aligned with the EYLF and NQS
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the teaching team
Observe and document children’s learning and use it to inform future planning
Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure inclusive, child-led learning
Reflect on and continuously improve your teaching practices
🎓 Essential Qualifications
Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)
Blue card valid for paid work
Current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

💡 Desirable Skills and Attributes
Previous experience delivering early childhood education programs
Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
Confidence with observation and documentation processes
Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
Tech-friendly – comfortable with platforms used for programming and communication
