We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Educators, Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs), and an Office Administrator to join our Ipswich services.

Lead Educator

• Lead the daily running of your room and mentor junior educators
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Deliver engaging, high-quality educational programs aligned to EYLF
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
• Collaborate with centre leadership and support the Nominated Supervisor
• Pay: Up to $35 per hour + super

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

• Plan and implement inspiring play-based learning experiences
• Drive school readiness and developmental outcomes
• Work in partnership with families to support children’s learning
• Access additional annual leave and study bonus ($500 per unit for studying ECTs)
• Collaborate with fellow ECTs across QCCS through regular networking
• Contribute to innovative programs such as Beach, Bush, and Farm Kindy
• Pay: Up to $50 per hour + super + additional annual leave

Office Administrator

• Provide frontline support to centre Directors and Management
• Handle data entry, scanning, electronic filing, and daily correspondence
• Assist with enrolments, compliance paperwork, and reporting
• Support student training and Registered Training Organisation operations
• Maintain office organisation and ensure smooth centre communication
• Ideal for juniors, school leavers, or anyone starting an admin career
• Pay: Competitive above award rates

Schedule: Monday – Friday, no weekends
Hours: Up to 38 hours per week
Location: Ipswich

What We’re Looking For

• Lead Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards)
• ECT – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Admin – Strong computer, organisation, and communication skills
• Current QLD Blue Card (for educator roles)
• Passion, reliability, and teamwork
