Required Skills:

• Proven leadership experience in delivering complex video projects within a government or large organisational setting, particularly with a focus on social media content.
• High-level technical proficiency in video production work flows and software, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder).
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic advice to senior staff.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with animation and graphic design for video content.
• Proficiency in photography, particularly in studio settings.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in video production for diverse audiences, including those with disabilities.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in digital media, communications, or video production.
• Prior experience working within the disability sector or on projects that aim to create accessible content.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to manage and lead a small team, ensuring high-quality outputs across concurrent projects.
• Willingness to undergo entry-level checks and any necessary working with children or vulnerable people checks as mandated by State Legislation.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information judiciously.
