WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Professional to join our team at The Rocks, Sydney. This is a hands-on role that spans the full spectrum of marketing — from brand management, lead generation, and direct marketing, through to content creation and digital campaigns across web, email, and social media.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role, you will ...

Drive lead generation programs across Australia, Singapore, and the US

Qualify inbound leads across all markets

Design, implement, and manage direct marketing initiatives globally

Administer and optimise HubSpot for lead nurturing and marketing automation

Develop and execute social media programs, including paid campaigns

Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and SEO

Oversee TZ’s websites, covering technical build, content, SEO, analytics, and integrations

Create engaging content to support marketing and cross-channel programs

Produce how-to and customer testimonial videos

Design visual assets and guidelines for tradeshows and events

Provide UX and GUI design input for software implementation projects

Deliver cross-platform content (web, email, social, and more)

ABOUT YOU

To be considered, you will need ...

Demonstrable experience in the areas indicated

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in a marketing agency or similar environment

Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and systems thinking

A proactive, resourceful, and initiative-driven approach

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Hands-on experience with HubSpot

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
