The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and connect with our customers. You’ll be responsible for digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management that showcases our products and services.

Responsibilities

· Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns tailored to the needs and target audiences of our food wholesale business, while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy.

· Managing digital marketing activities across channels (social media, website, email, events) to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

· Developing SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.

· Designing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that support sales growth and business objectives.

· Monitoring the performance of campaigns, analysing KPIs, and preparing regular reports for management.

· Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights within both local and international markets.

· Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly those related to advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders (management, sales teams) and external partners to align marketing efforts.

· Supporting event planning and coordination to promote the company’s brand and products in the market.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in food distribution or retail

Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

Creative and proactive problem solver

Preferred Skills

Experience with B2B marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), or content marketing

Knowledge of Korean food products and the local market

Graphic or video production skills
