My client is a leading private psychiatry business that specialises in providing exceptional healthcare services to Veterans in Australia. They are very passionate about the work they do and we are now looking for a like-minded individual to join their dedicated team!

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate client scheduling for psychiatric assessments and consultations.

Act as the first point of contact for all client queries via phone and email.

Create, update, and manage client records and documents with utmost accuracy.

Liaise between medical staff, clients, and external key stakeholders.

Provide an excellent standard of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Utilise a CRM to manage, track and report on client interactions.

Utilise Patient Management Software.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Maintain an organised, efficient, and up-to-date administrative system.

Have an eye for detail and conduct Quality Assurance activities on the reports.

Essential skill sets

Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administration, preferably in psychiatry or veteran healthcare.

Experience working with the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail.

Experience with CRM and PMS software is desirable.

Previous experience in handling medico legal reports preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
