Il Lido was once a 1930’s art-deco seaside cabaret hall on Cottesloe beach, today it is a highly regarded Italian canteen and wine bar, as well as a busy espresso bar. Our rustic, reputable, and consistent Italian cuisine stemming from all corners of Italy implores guests to also explore the expensive award-winning wine list.

Canteen Pizza has recently opened in the leafy southern suburb of Applecross and we're looking for fun, energetic, and passionate chefs to join the fast-paced team in our busy all-day restaurant.

We are looking to reinforce our already strong teams with kitchen professionals who are eager to contribute to the growth and expansion of our popular restaurants. We have various availabilities across our kitchen operations including Pizzaiolo, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef.

Only exceptional team players with an obvious penchant for terrific Italian food are required. You must also have excellent communication skills and a serious passion for quality and seasonal produce.
