Full Time | Part Time Option Available

We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and Diploma-qualified or half way through (working towards) professional to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, which includes After School Care and Vacation Care programs.

About the Role:

As our OSHC Coordinator, you will:

Lead the planning and programming of daily activities

Supervise and support a small team of educators

Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and the wider community

Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework (NQF), including My Time Our Place (MTOP) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Take on the role of Nominated Supervisor (Responsible Person)

The role includes:

Ideally Full time, mornings at the ELC and then afternoon at OSHC (9:45-5:45)

Full time required during School holidays to run Vacation Care

Permanent part-time hours (approx. 2:00–5:45 pm, Monday to Friday during term time) will be considered

Additional admin hours available

Flexibility around hours can be negotiated

Some relief work at the Early Learning Centre may be required

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of NQF, MTOP, and EYLF

Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership/management role

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A genuine passion for working with children and building a positive, values-driven environment
